A beautiful home in a stunning location. Cannot fault the place or our host. Kathryn has been a joy to communicate with from start to finish. She has thought of everything to make your stay the best it can possibly be. You will not be disappointed and I highly recommend staying at No.9 Putsborough. My two young boys 10 and 6 did not want to leave, saying they wanted to stay forever. You can’t get higher praise than that!

What a wonderful stay, Kathryn was a wonderful host. We received 5* communication from the start and the apartment was just lovely and exactly as described, the style and small touches were very luxurious (you appreciate these things when you have two very young children! We would highly recommend the apartment and location, we visited the beach daily and got to know the area well thanks to the welcome pack. We hope to return in the near future. Thank you Kathryn.

We really enjoyed our stay at No9 Putsborough, Kathryn was so helpful, communication was excellent. The apartment was out of this world, never stayed somewhere where the owner had thought about all the little touches. The welcome hamper was such a lovely touch after our 5 hour drive down. Our doggy Reggie loved how close we were to the beach, he really enjoyed the outdoor warm shower. People around Woolacombe are so friendly, we will definitely be back next year. Thank you Kathryn for such a special and relaxing stay.

Hands down the best UK break we have had. Property is amazing, everything that you could wish for. Well equipped, perfect location for beach access too. Property owner communication was spot on too, would highly recommend to anyone considering a break in Woolacoombe.
Everything we hoped for..
It was our first time staying in the Woolacombe and No.9 Putsborough was everything we hoped for. It was so clean, stylish and homely. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings enjoying the view and the children particularly enjoyed the PS4 after a busy day on the beach (the beach chairs came in very useful!). The welcome pack and Prosecco on arrival were much appreciated after a long drive down to Woolacombe. Thank you so much for making our holiday special, we would definitely like to stay again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your fabulously equipped, beautiful flat. We had fantastic stay enjoying Woolacombe and Saunton Sands beaches. We loved the Sri Lankan curry at Barricane Beach and the delicious food at The Captain’s Table. The kids were in tears yesterday as they didn’t want to leave and are desperate to return. Thank you.

Thank you for a lovely stay in your wonderful apartment. We have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Second time staying in Woolacombe, first time at No.9 Putsborough. We would LOVE to come back. Had fun on the belly boards, relaxing and looking at the coffee table books, such thoughtful touches. Communication with Kathryn before our stay was fab. Woolacombe has been a blast!
What a lovely ‘home from home’!
The apartment is so well stocked and thought out, clean and comfortable. Fantastic situation, we loved being so close to the beach and village and being able to stroll around so easily. We had a very restful and replenishing week here and are leaving with happy memories and a firm intention to return. We hope everyone else can enjoy their stay as much as we have.

The perfect stay for some relaxation after the Christmas period. Kathryn was the perfect host, and with the help of a beautiful hamper filled with surprise goodies, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed and comfy beds, we soon forgot that we weren’t actually at home. The kids loved the indoor pool and being just a couple of steps away from the town was fab. A very special stay indeed! Can’t wait to return.

We absolutely LOVED this beautiful apartment by the sea. It was our first Christmas away & it has been by far the best. Kathryn had left a beautiful hamper, wine & presents under the tree. The flat is stunning we felt so at home we didn’t want to leave. The beach is 5 mins walk if that & it’s probably one of my favourite beaches we’ve visited so far. We will definitely be back again. Probably in the winter as we don’t like too many people! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay ❤️
No.9 Putsborough offers an instant WOW!
No detail has been overlooked from the interiors to the equipment simply 5 star! The beach is a quick 5 minute walk from the apartment and
we all really enjoyed the facilities making use of the gym, pool and sauna the booking system is simple and easy and of course the benefit being we had the facilities all to ourselves …. pure luxury! Woolacombe has oodles to offer as well as a stunning setting, we will be returning before everyone discovers this amazing apartment!
Fantastic apartment – superbly equipped with all you need for a stress-free break!
Car parking a real bonus as always difficult at seaside resorts. 5 min walk to local restaurants, take-aways and small convenience store. For the more energetic, Woolacombe and Putsborough beaches, South West coast path are on the doorstep. A little further away, Saunton Sands and Braunton Burrows with their W.W.2 history are worth a visit. We shall certainly be returning to No. 9 Putsborough.

Beautifully decorated, with lots of lovely little touches such as the belly boards and soft blanket on the sofa, which made it feel that much more homely. So close to the fabulous Woolacombe beach too. We loved our stay from start to finish. Thank you!

My wife & I were stunned as soon as we arrived. The flat is so welcoming & calming, the welcome pack is beautiful & delicious, great views. Such comfortable furnishings, we felt like VIPS being here.
So glad we chose this flat for our first holiday with our 10 month old son and his first visit to the seaside. 10/10 would love to stay here again!
One word I would use to describe this apartment is: perfect!
Every need was catered for and even a welcome hamper provided which was a touch of class. We have been coming to Woolacombe for 20 years & this by far tops any place we’ve stayed in before.
